1986 - 2023 Developer and presenter of Art in a Suitcase, traveling art programs for preschool and elementary school children. Consisting of 30 different multicultural and natural science programs, Art in a Suitcase has traveled to hundreds of schools and libraries in Wisconsin and Illinois.

1991 - 1996 Young People's Programmer for the Greenfield Public Library.

1979 - 1996 Board member, Artist Series at the Pabst, a group dedicated to bringing world renowned chamber music artists to Milwaukee.

1975 - 1996 Landmark Commissioner on the Historic Preservation Commission, City of Milwaukee. The Historic Preservation Commission is appointed by the mayor to nominate and oversee all historic properties in the city.

1975 - 1982 Free lance writer for the Girl Scouts of Milwaukee Area. Author and designer of Celebrate the City, From Apple Pie to Zany Dye, and Trips and Tips for Troops and Groups.

1973 - 1975 Art Teacher at Urban Day School in Milwaukee.

1972 - 1990 Free lance artist specializing in graphic design. Work published by Abbey Press, St Meinrad, Indiana, and Conception Press, Conception, Missouri.

1972 - 1991 Art teacher, board member and creative arts curriculum developer at Children's Workshop.

1967 - 1972 Board member and program director of the Paint Box Art Center in the Hillside Housing Project, Milwaukee.

1964 Honors graduate, Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education - University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
